What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain GIS databases and protocols
- Create maps and visualizations for reports for internal and external audiences
- Provide GIS training and support to team members
- Stay updated with the latest GIS technologies and integrate into broader knowledge management systems
- Disseminate GIS insights to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, geography, international development, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in humanitarian response or international development
- Experience with early warning analysis and food security programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as French or Spanish is advantageous

- Experience working with USAID's operations, programs, policies, and procedures
