What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of GIS professionals and Cartographers in providing GIS and Mapping services
- Develop and implement spatial data management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal DOT regulations
- Coordinate GIS database/application development and maintenance
- Work closely with key partners to maintain operational spatial data systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Geography, business, management information systems, or related discipline
- Minimum of ten (10) years of related business experience, including supervisory experience
- Detailed understanding of GIS suite of products from Esri
- Pipeline Industry experience with knowledge of PODS/UPDM data models
- Ability to articulate visions and plans for GIS system improvement

- Proven relationship building, organizational, risk analysis, negotiations, and decision-making skills
- Ability to drive change and achieve results
