Job Description
- Req#: REF25629J
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entry preparation and documentation support for transactions.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of medium to high complexity GL accounts, researching variances and preparing necessary adjustments.
- Review reconciliations for low and medium priority accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare audit schedules and documentation as requested by the Corporate Team.
- Communicate with company partners, including the Corporate team and different teams, to address inquiries and support needs.
- Assist junior team members and contribute to special projects.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, or a related field. Additional education or certifications in the area is an ideal.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in account reconciliation; experience with Six Sigma projects as an ideal.
- Advanced English level.
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools MS Excel, MS Word, and Power BI.

Job Description
As an important member of the GFS Team reporting to the Revenue Recognition Team Lead, you will contribute to the financial integrity of the organization. You will maintain and oversee general ledger accounts, ensuring compliance with IFRS and company policies. You'll participate in critical financial processes that support month-end and year-end activities while collaborating with multiple company partners.
