      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Produce live experiences for concerts, performances, and events for various partners and audiences
      - Assist in planning, production, and execution of live events while meeting unique objectives
      - Manage production budgets, event timelines, and vendor relationships under managerial oversight
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative executions that enhance brand experiences
      - Oversee the event registration process from invitations to door management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of event, content, and show production experience
      - Strong understanding of staging, lighting, and branding in production settings
      - Proven ability to manage and scale productions autonomously, from local to global
      - Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in English and one of the following: Spanish, French, or Portuguese
      - Experience with both small and large-scale live events
      - Familiarity with the artist booking process and understanding of artist needs
      - Demonstrated ability to creatively develop and produce engaging visual content
      - Experience working collaboratively with teams across multiple time zones
