- Extract, process, and analyze data from various internal systems to ensure adherence to industry standards, company policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Develop compliance-related dashboard templates and other vehicles to aggregate and disseminate compliance-related data for management and the Board.
- Consume large volumes of unstructured data to create regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Detail findings, highlighting key themes and data trends in a clear and concise manner.
- Monitor data to identify potential compliance concerns, risks or other irregularities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and recommend actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with international and regional medical device regulatory changes and standards and ensure that data analysis methodologies align with current regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Identify and address any data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Work closely with Global Ethics & Compliance, IT, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure data access, integrity and accuracy.
- Provide necessary data and analytical support during internal investigations as well as internal and external audits.
- Recommend system and process enhancements to better capture and report on compliance data.
- Oversee the storage and security of compliance-related data, ensuring compliance with company policies as well as data protection and privacy regulations.
- Partner with the Global Ethics & Compliance, IT, and Procurement teams to evaluate, select, and manage key compliance-related systems that increase efficiency and mitigate risk.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7 years’ experience within the regulated industry in a multinational environment, preferably in the Life Sciences/Healthcare/Medical Device industry
- Ethics & Compliance knowledge
- Proficient with Tableau, Microsoft Power BI or similar applications
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and work as part of a team.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Highly motivated self-starter.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

The Global Compliance Data Analytics & Systems Manager will be responsible for utilizing various analytical tools and methodologies to monitor, investigate, and report on the organization's adherence to internal policies and external regulations. This role plays a pivotal part in Dentsply Sirona’s risk management strategy, ensuring that operations and business activities align with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate possesses a keen analytical mind, proficiency with data analysis and visualisation software and tools, and a deep understanding of regulatory environments.
They will work closely with the Global Compliance Operations Director, IT and Dentsply Sirona’s business entities globally to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, recommend corrective actions, and ensure data integrity across all compliance-related reports and documentation.
The Global Data Analytics Manager will play an integral role in promoting a culture of quality and integrity within our organization.

The base salary and target annual incentive for this remote role is approximately $135,000+. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
