You lead the GPQSS business performance improvement strategy and support operational excellence activities across the business leveraging Continuous Improvement methodologies including Quality Tools, Lean, Six Sigma and Agile.
You coach on continuously improvement principles and practices, role modelling these attributes and contributing to the cultural transformation across the organization through the execution of projects.
You act as a CI Subject Matter Expert, providing help and guidance on methods, tools, and templates to drive improvement projects in the areas of defect reduction, productivity and Operational Excellence.
You partner with leadership and functional experts to understand and support delivery of their organization’s vision, objectives, and challenges.
You drive the sharing of best practices, new processes, tools, and improvements achieved through application of CI methodologies
You live core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in continuous improvement and/or Quality engineering with significant time working at a leadership level, preferably in the energy or engineering sector.
Certified as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (L6S BB) with several years of hands-on experience in coaching and leading high value and complex CI projects.
Proven experience in leading and developing global programs & in leading and managing change in a dynamic, international, and fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional problem-solving, presentation and communication skills.
Experience in Agile project management, automation, digitization and business process management is an advantage.
Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken. Other languages are considered a plus.
Availability to support global projects and travelling across hubs 40-50% of time as needed.

We are looking for a dynamic senior Continuous Improvement (CI) professional to join our Virtual GCoC (global center of competence) Continuous Improvement team in GPQSS, also acting as a focal point responsible for the Asia hub. As a senior leader of continuous improvement, you will support the GI global business by coaching and leading quality and performance related improvement projects, driving the overall CI discipline in GPQSS and accountable for performance of the Asia hub GPQSS under Grid Integration (GI) BU.
Reporting to the GPG GPQSS Global Continuous Improvement Leader in the Q&CI team, and indirectly aligned to the Asia HBU Q&CI Manager, you contribute to the development and optimization of business processes, product quality & reliability as well as internal capability development and deployment of improvement methodologies across the organization.
