- Driving delivery of Social Innovators roadmap with a goal to position Corporate Citizenship Innovation programs as the conduit for sustainability and social innovation learning and application across Accenture.
- Linking emerging strategies across Accenture and Accenture Corporate Citizenship to current and future initiatives, demonstrating value and alignment with business priorities.
- Working with internal teams and external vendors to design and facilitate learning experiences for Accenture people and Accenture leaders that are aligned with Corporate Citizenship strategic priorities around social innovation and complementary to Accenture’s sustainability learning programs.
- Shaping content and tools to help Accenture people to innovate with purpose and responsibility.
- Recruiting, onboarding, managing, and developing a wide range of temporary project teams, often from across different countries, time zones, and disciplines
- Engaging external business leaders and networks within Accenture to identify, shape and activate new opportunities for collaboration.
- Engaging internal stakeholders for feedback and buy-in, and providing regular progress updates and showcases of successes and learnings.
- Developing governance, operational processes, tools, and templates in collaboration with project teams.
- Conducting project retrospectives and developing playbooks across innovation programs.
- Supporting team operations such as budgeting, planning, and priority setting.
- Facilitating team development activities such as community-building and development calls.
- Facilitating ongoing and annual impact measurement and reporting.
- Working closely with marketing, communications, and design teams to ensure maximum reach and impact of Social Innovators programs and initiatives, including preparing key priorities and communicating strategic intent behind priorities on a weekly basis to a variety of these stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
- Manager with 3+ years of innovation experience and 7+ years of work experience
- Experience in working with key sustainability concepts – environmental and/or social
- Strong networking and collaboration skills and the ability to build, nurture and grow trusted relationships across multiple domains
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence working with and leading teams (management will be fully remote and across multiple time zones)
- Structure, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to anticipate needs, keep track of details, and anticipate risks
- Anticipate and address stakeholder needs
- Experience leading workshops to generate ideas and progress solutions, etc
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity

Job Description:
Summary of role:
The Global Corporate Citizenship Innovation team collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop new solutions to address societal and environmental issues, and to build understanding and mastery of social innovation approaches and methods across Accenture.
Candidates should have demonstrable innovation skills, experience designing and delivering innovation learning experiences, environmental sustainability or social impact experience, a track record of successful project and program delivery, and strong stakeholder management skills. They should also feel comfortable managing a diverse team that is globally distributed and have experience developing people professionally.
