- Req#: 316131
- Align ESG communication strategy and assets with stakeholders from sustainability teams, Nestle, and key functions and partners
- Lead data collection for +100 KPIs for external disclosure and insurance verification
- Deliver the annual sustainability external disclosure and activate related content
- Build and update articles on The Positive Cup Hub | Nespresso Sustainability | Nespresso for expert audiences
- Manage ESG claims governance and approve sustainability claims for on/off pack assets
- Develop and activate snackable ESG content, including presentations, videos, and infographics
- Build and activate ESG events and communication calendar across functions
- Ensure maximum visibility of achievements and milestones for external disclosure
- University degree, master's or equivalent
- Specialization in CSR, ESG, or corporate communication would be a plus
- Extensive experience with strong project management and facilitation/engagement skills
- Previous experience in leading complex cross-functional projects
- Demonstrate leadership to build structuring tools and processes
- Ability to see the big picture and understand systemic relationships
- Excellent communication skills, including key messages and global sustainability conversation
- Fast learner and ability in collective thinking
- Ability to work in a multinational and multistakeholder environment
- Fluent in English, fluent in a second language (French, Spanish, ...) is a plus

As a Global ESG Knowledge and Engagement Manager, you will develop and manage the ESG Knowledge and sustainability content for our headquarters and markets. Your main mission will be to deliver the company's sustainability external disclosure as per regulations (EU CSRD…) and certifications (B Corp, GCP; Ecovadis...) requirements, support the development of credible and aligned communication assets for external and internal audience, and build new ways of working to integrate ESG topics into everyone's agenda.
