- Digital Marketing Ecosystem Management: Build, sustain, upgrade and manage the overall company’s digital marketing ecosystem - including our social media channels, owned and third parties’ websites, at global and local levels - to ensure effective consistency towards all our stakeholders, enhance brand reputation and security, and optimize our customer digital journeys.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and plans across all digital channels, that align with business objectives, driving brand awareness, social advocacy, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Branding: Define, enrich and evolve our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints, in collaboration with Corporate Communication Team.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content for digital campaigns, website, social media, email marketing, and other channels, tailored to our diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Customer Experience: Enhance the customer journey by designing and implementing strategies that deliver personalized and seamless experiences at every stage of the funnel.
- Data-Driven Insights: Build and utilize analytics and performance metrics to measure digital ecosystem and campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Innovation and Technology: Stay abreast of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to continually innovate and optimize our marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Corporate, CSR, HR, Business…, to align marketing efforts and support product launches and promotions.
- Management & Budget: Directly manage a team of 4 employees (dedicated to social media, UX/website and branding) as well as external agencies, while collaborating with local communication teams across the company. Effectively manage marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI and ensure resources are allocated strategically.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing and branding or related roles, ideally including experience within a mid-cap company or similar environment.
- Digital Expertise and Analytical Acumen: Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEM (SEO, SEA, SMO), social media, email marketing, content marketing, web analytics and emerging trends in digital communication. Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive marketing decisions.
- Branding Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop and manage successful branding strategies and visual brand identities. A creative thinker with an eye for design and storytelling to deliver impactful brand narratives.
- Leadership & Management: Proven track record of success in a leadership role including team management and ability to work in a matrix operating and international environment.
- Relationship & Networking: Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships with internal company leaders and teams, as well as external stakeholders and agencies, to ensure alignment and relationship building.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in French and English, with an eye for detail and the ability to craft engaging content for various audiences.
- Change Management: Experience in driving effective digital communication during periods of organizational change or growth.
- Digital tools: Proven knowledge of digital project management tools (including Basecamp, GanttProject, Suite Atlassian) and CMS environment (WordPress, Drupal)
