      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with learning content administrators to build and deliver New Hire curriculum focused on efficiency and quality
      - Own the content build of learning materials and maintain the learning management system
      - Collaborate with the learning development team to create onboarding strategies and pathways for existing colleagues
      - Ensure alignment of learning initiatives with the Global Service and Operations learning culture
      - Develop and implement a framework for learning and development success throughout the curriculum build

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Learning and Development Specialist or Content role
      - Proficient in Sabre and Amadeus systems
      - Strong communication skills with experience in a Travel Management Company (TMC) role
      - Demonstrated ability to drive business and performance impact from a Learning & Development perspective
      - Proven stand-up presentation skills and experience managing a class of 12+ students

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in evaluating learning interventions and programs for quality assurance
      - Knowledge of Learning and Development theories and methodologies
      - Ability to create meaningful feedback loops using qualitative and quantitative data
      - Familiarity with different learning styles and tools for achieving defined learning outcomes
      - Customer service experience within a contact center or customer-facing role
