      JPMorgan Chase Corporate Real Estate is responsible for a worldwide occupancy portfolio of ~75 million square feet across~61 countries in over ~6,500 properties. Specifically, the position provides support to the GRE Global Head of Property Management on matters related to operations, sustainability and strategy.

      This position requires support across Property Management within Global Real Estate in all areas of the management of assigned properties to include; but not limited to contributing to business analytics, preparation of presentations and reporting, interactions with GRE and JPMC departments, GRE Suppliers and JPMC clients. Support in administrative tasks including reports preparation, project status updates for Senior Leadership, and supervision of sub-contractors activities.

      Responsibilities:

      • Participate in cross-functional team efforts and tasks, including liaison with various management teams
      • Take part in research assignments for new projects and technologies for use in the global portfolio
      • Provide reporting on key activities to include the solicitation of information from GRE staff and suppliers
      • Assist the GRE Property Management Team with tactical planning to accomplish the team’s goals and objectives
      • Manage & maintain GRE Property Management information management tools
      • Provide support for meetings and conference rooms, as needed and directed
      • Ensure appropriate follow up with clients and suppliers
      • Seek to continuously improve processes, systems and overall client satisfaction
      • Work with management and staff with operational reporting, budgeting, financial systems, purchasing as necessary
      • Participate in standardizing company property management procedures

      Qualifications:

      • Attained a BA/BS
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills
      • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
      • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
      • Demonstrated interest in financial services and corporate workplace
      • Aptitude to quickly grasp and perform quantitative and qualitative tasks
      • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
      • Solid organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills
