      DCRS (Document, Content and Record services) provides Enterprise Content Management services for almost every Client and every product. We help enable an ongoing digital transformation across the bank. This strategy doesn’t just empower our clients, but also supports a long term ‘paperless’ effort, reducing the Bank’s environment impact and ensuring sustainability.

      We provide the tools to author content, from statements, to letters, to government forms, to disclosures. We enable clients and associates to upload documents and we provision them to the business units that need them. We store all of this data and all of these documents safely and securely, as long as the bank needs us to. In order to solve for all of this, our platforms are an innovative merger of home grown software and vendor solutions, creating a powerful mix of capabilities for the bank. Our teams interact with each line of business and all of the technology teams that support them.       Line of Business Position Summary

      This is Senior Technology manager role responsible for managing Store base organization which consist of functions like Application Governance, Lifecycle management, Vulnerability Management, Business Continuity, Infrastructure/Platform Upgrades and Incident Management for 15 complex AITs. Store has large infrastructure footprint and as such has higher and complex application management needs . Responsible for leading a team of 20+ on and offshore technical resources in the daily support of the applications, application ownership duties, risk deliverables, server patching management, problem research/resolution, resource planning, and recovery readiness/exercise. Lead and support Application resiliency, stability and monitoring strategy. Working closely with initiative team leaders on release planning and ongoing support after deployments. Tracking of non-permitted technologies and plans to remediate.

      Required Skills/ Experience

      • 5 years + People Management experience including resource planning, hiring, performance management

      • 5 years + Technical Leadership experience

      • Base knowledge of Java and Relational Database knowledge (Oracle, DB2, SQL-Server)

      • Working knowledge of Agile best practices and JIRA to track deliverables.

      • Demonstrated and strong understanding of large networks and systems and the interaction between applications, infrastructures, etc.

      • Proficient in Linux, Windows, Tomcat, Web Logic, IBM WebSphere environments

      • Strong communications, writing, and presentation skills

      • Experience working in Agile development process and a understanding of various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle

      Desired Skills/ Experience

      • Familiarity with Content management applications

      • RISE application for risk deliverable management

      • Continuous Monitoring for vulnerability tracking

      • Familiarity with Vendor application management

      • Business Rules Engine (BRE) for access entitlement toxic combination rules management

      • ITSM incident and change record management

      • Knowledge of Hitachi Content Platform(HCP)

      • Mainframe Knowledge, CA7 job scheduling, batch job management

      • Document Lifecycle management and retention requirements

      • Records and Information Management System integration

      General Role Description

Accountable for solution delivery management as relevant to their teams e.g. prioritizing tech debt, compliance and security items, and supporting audits. Accountable to ensure all relevant risk, financial, and compliance polices and standards are met. Accountable for the application performance in production (app health, resiliency, performance, security, enterprise data management standards, audit exams and reviews). Creates the technology strategy for their technical domain. Ensures that execution is aligned with product strategy by working with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders. Creates an inclusive and healthy working environment, and helps to resolve organizational impediments/blockers. Leads and creates followership in Communities of Practice in the organization. Manages a team.
