      Global Repairs Product Manager (m/f/d) 100%

      We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

      You plan & execute the Product Strategy for the Repair Business, based in any of our major offices worldwide, to continuously improve the Offering for our Customers and support the Repair Business growth.

      Main tasks include:

      • Identify the needed products for the REP Business (define Product Roadmap) based on the business strategy and market demands, together with key internal (country operations, R&D, leadership) and external stakeholders.

      • Execute the Product Roadmap by developing new or improving existing products together with Lead country operations & R&D in areas like:

        • Repair & Upgrade Kits for Schindler Elevator & Escalator installed base (e.g. doors, car, drive, controller, etc)

        • Repair & Upgrade Kits for the installed base of other main OEMs

        • Digital & Green Products for the Repair Business.

      • Estimate the efforts and benefits (business case) of needed developments and get leadership support for the needed investment.

      • Launch the new developed products in relevant markets and support the achievement of the commercial targets together with Repair business development.

      • Identify and share best-demonstrated practices to accelerate growth.

      You are a self-motivated and result oriented team player with a pronounced cultural sensitivity. Your innovative way of thinking as well as your technical & engineering skills are paired with deep service operational experience.

      Further requirements may include:

      • Master's degree in industrial engineering or in a related field

      • At least 4 years of proven experience in the elevator business or similar industry

      • Product Management knowledge

      • Excellent level of English – any additional language spoken is a plus
