Job Description

- Network planning/New products rollouts
- New town rollout as per sales/Mktg/ capacity as per traffic expansion.
- New product trials and implementation:
- Network RF/MW design, plan validation and finalization
- Radio / MW network Consolidation
- Detailed Radio and Microwave BOQ finalization
- Ensuring ordering for Radio & Microwave is done well in advance for project rollouts.
- Interaction with Central planning team for all Budget queries/justification of rollouts etc.
- Network Integration support
- Inventory movement plan
- Regulatory
- To ensure SACFA ID application and clearance before Site OA
- EMF submission before site getting declared OA.
- MRO compliance submission and testing
- Coordination and report submission to regulatory bodies as and when required.
- Governance
- New site/ town validation support, SCFT and acceptance process adherence
- Performance analysis through OSS and crowd sourced data to improve network experience and business deliverables
- Network Optimization to improve customer experience, resolution of network complaints and support business deliverables
- Ensure Regulatory compliance
- Analytic, In-depth technical knowledge of Radio Network Planning
- SME in 2G, 3G & 4G RAN technologies
- Strong Leadership skills with extensive experience of handling Cross functional teams across functions and vendors
- Self-Starter, Customer Focused
- Quick learner, knowledge on change in technological trends.
- Bachelor of Engineering, preferably in Electronics and/or Telecommunications
- In-depth technical knowledge ,Managerial skills, Excellent domain knowledge, Business Acumen and analytical skills , Strong leadership and people management capability, Strategy handling skills
- B-Tech Electronics and Telecommunications with 10+ years of experience
- Min 10 + years of Experience in Network Planning, performance management and governance of multivendor and multi-technology networks.
