      Managed Service – IAM MS – CyberArk Staff

      Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CyberArk Analyst to join our team. As a CyberArk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing support and enhancements necessary for the successful execution of engagements

      Key Requirements / Responsibilities:

      • Have a strong knowledge of CyberArk privileged Account Management solution- CyberArk components like Vault, CPM, PSM, PSMP, PVWA, AAM, PTA
      • Experience in managing vault logs and monitoring of CyberArk privileged account security tool
      • modules
      • Worked on CyberArk Application upgrades/releases and patches
      • Creating Safe and updating Safe Permissions
      • Administration of user accounts & safes in cyber ark
      • Administration using private ark client
      • On boarding accounts from various platforms (Windows, Linux, Cisco)
      • Perform Cyber ark License clean up activity
      • On boarding bulk accounts using Password Upload Utility (PUU) & Rest API methods
      • Perform Health check of all the components in the CyberArk PAS
      • Worked on Ticketing Tools like Service now and Remedy
      • Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) concepts, privileged account management, and least privilege principles
      • Basic understanding of networking protocols, security principles, and user access management
      • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
      • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to L3 team, while maintaining ownership and follow-up on the reported cases


      Qualifications:

      Education:

      • Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience

      • 2-5 Years’ Experience

      Skills Expertise

      • Proficiency in administering and managing the CyberArk Privileged Access Security (PAS) suite, including components such as Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), and Central Policy Manager (CPM). Understanding the features, functionalities, and configuration options of the CyberArk platform is essential
      • Strong understanding of system administration concepts, particularly in Windows and/or Linux environments. Knowledge of user management, security configurations, and basic troubleshooting within the operating system
      • Strong documentation skills to maintain accurate records of system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides
      • Strong technical expertise in CyberArk modules, advanced configuration settings, customizations, and integration with other systems

      Certification:

      • Preferably CyberArk Sentry certified
      • ITIL or equivalent (Good to have)

      Work Requirements:

      • Willingness to be on call support engineer and work occasional overtime as required
      • Willingness to work in 24*7 rotational shifts as required
