- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of marketing research experience (agency or client side), including research design, project management, data analysis, and synthesis of insights into a narrative.
- Experience synthesizing insights and connecting them to business strategies.
- Experience managing both qualitative and quantitative insights projects.
- Experience working in a technology or telecommunications company or agency role.
- Experience with research vendor management.
- Experience with syndicated tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholder management skills.
- Act as the strategy insights partner for all consumer insights that support external brand and carrier partnerships for Pixel.
- Use syndicated and custom research to understand our go-to-market target audiences, including hobbies, passions, attitudes, behaviors, and shopping patterns.
- Investigate and recommend external brand partnerships aligned with our target audiences.
- Create deliverables to help stakeholders understand the customer base of major carrier and retail partners in the US, utilizing syndicated data and internal research.
- Develop a research roadmap for partnership insights, collaborating with Marketing and Sales to identify needs, prioritize, and scope research projects.

Product and Business Strategy Leaders coordinate teams across Google's functions to optimize product execution. Our team focuses on scaling Google's products and infrastructure through efficient execution, sound judgment, and cross-organizational collaboration. Roles often involve strategy (analyzing industry trends, building business plans), operations (organizing organizational cadence, connecting functions), and communications. We partner with senior leadership to deliver impactful projects that cross organizational boundaries, helping engineers, product managers, UX designers, and others to create and deliver exceptional products to users.
As a Go-to-Market Insights Manager, you will shape market strategies through in-depth qualitative and quantitative research. Collaborating with Insights and Analytics, Platforms and Devices Marketing, and Sales teams, you will generate insights into our product portfolio's customers and target audiences, with a focus on Pixel mobility.
You will analyze customer profiles of key US retail partners, combining these insights with our own to support partner marketing and sales teams in strengthening collaborations with retailers and brands. Your understanding of customer attitudes, behaviors, media consumption, purchase drivers, and communication preferences will directly influence campaign development.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges depend on role, level, and location. The final offer considers work location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter will share specific details during hiring.
