What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement readiness strategies for program initiatives
- Evaluate and report on progress pre and post launch for programs
- Activate customers, employees, and stakeholders around strategic objectives
- Drive alignment and define KPIs throughout the GTM process
- Create and deliver readiness assets for customer-facing associates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of related mortgage industry experience
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence decision-making
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and think strategically
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile SaFE® certification
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Skilled in Collaboration Tools such as Microsoft Teams and JIRA/Confluence
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and reporting tools like Power BI
- Experience using Project Management Tools like Workfront Fusion or Microsoft Azure
