      About Evermore

      Evermore Orlando Resort is an innovative 1,100-acre resort adjacent to Walt Disney World® featuring centrally owned upscale and upsized vacation rental homes, flats & villas, a luxury Conrad hotel, 36 holes of world-class Jack Nicklaus golf, and a massive 20-acre tropical beach complex around Evermore Bay, our 8-acre crystalline water amenity by Crystal Lagoons®. The surrounding beach areas feature zero-entry swim areas, bars, cabanas, private firepits, a lively food hall & gourmet market, a casual dining restaurant, and an event Boathouse that will provide a picture-perfect backdrop for weddings, banquets, and corporate meetings. Evermore is building a team that will bring these experiences to life in 2023 and is seeking individuals that want the challenge of building this exciting resort experience.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • The golf shop staff will provide a warm and welcoming greeting at the start of our guests’ round of golf.
      • Checking in golfers and providing information about the course.
      • Assist guests in booking tee times and renting golf clubs.
      • Collecting payment and assisting with any merchandise guests may need for their round of golf.
      • Maintain a clean and organized golf shop, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
      • Process retail transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling payments and issuing receipts.
      • Assist with inventory management, restocking merchandise, and conducting regular stock checks.
      • Assist guests in renting golf clubs, ensuring proper fitting and briefing on usage.
      • Report any equipment issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.
      • Maintain accurate records of golf reservations, rentals, and retail sales.
      • Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
      • Performs other related duties as assigned.

      Education, Skills, and Experience

      • Attention to detail is a must.
      • Must have Golf Knowledge and be familiar with most golf terminology.
      • Must be computer literate and able to use multiple forms of software including Microsoft Office and Agilysys (Tee Sheet).
      • Must be able to effectively communicate with guests to enhance the scope of their experience and diffuse and resolve guests' concerns.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Must be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
      • Problem solving and critical thinking.
      • Inspired to always represent Evermore brand values and standards.
      • Proficient in reading safety procedures and operating guidelines/ instructions in English.
      • Sees the extra mile as their starting point in every interaction.
      • Ability to foster relationships with Team Members, potential clients, and resort guests.
      • Comfortable with starting and maintaining conversations with guests and Team Members.
      • Maintain the resort’s integrity and prestige by complying with all golf, sales and operational standards, policies, procedures, manuals, memos and instructions.
      • Must be able to work weekends, rotating schedules and holidays.

      Physical Requirements:

      • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
      • Ability to stand for extended periods
      • Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically.
      • Able to stand for extended periods of time.
      • Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside.
      • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
