- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy.
- Write compelling ad copy and design effective landing pages in collaboration with content and design teams.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in paid search and digital marketing.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Generate regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (2+ years preferred).
- Google Ads Certification is a strong plus.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with other PPC platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or landing page builders.
Overview
Mitchell1 is seeking a Google Ads Specialist to join our SocialCRM Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and increase ROI. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to align paid search strategies with broader marketing goals.
This is a full-time, on-site position based at Mitchell 1’s headquarters in San Diego, operating Monday through Friday.
