      Overview
      The Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Senior Analyst will develop and implement strategies to ensure the organization's compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of GRC principles and best practices, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

      Responsibilities

      1. Develop a strong understanding of Mesh's GRC policies and procedures.
      2. Foster collaboration and cross-functional partnerships to promote GRC awareness and participation.
      3. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential compliance risks.
      4. Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
      5. Investigate and resolve compliance issues.
      6. Provide guidance and training to employees on GRC matters.
      7. Stay up-to-date on GRC and Privacy trends and developments.
      8. Work closely with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to GRC.
      9. Prepare reports on GRC activities and compliance status.

      Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field.
      • 5+ years of experience in GRC or a related field.
      • Strong understanding of GRC principles and best practices.
      • Understanding of compliance with SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, SOX.
      • Experience within financial regulation (MICA, MTL, BSA).
      • Previous experience with startups in the Web3 space.
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
