Acting as a business enabler to proactively co-create and drive business values, GA manager plays a supportive role to foster Siemens positioning and make Siemens a trusted and reliable partner for government and business stakeholders in defined region. Areas of Responsibility: • Represent the company towards government and customers to enhance corporate positioning and support the sustainable business growth; • Build strong relationships with government and key stakeholders high-level executives, ensure in-depth understanding of their needs and sufficient messaging of Siemens’ value proposition; • Coordinate and set up impactful dialogue for high-level executive interactions and key topics with important business interest with local government and key stakeholders; • Acquire insights of key government initiatives and policies and drive regulatory advocacy for policy benefits and business growth; • Engage and drive the cross-collaboration with business to promote tangible business results by leveraging local government/customer resources to enhance the Go / Hit-Rate; • Support strategic cooperation and topics with government and key stakeholders; External Requirements: • Government officials of defined regional authorities and institutions; • Selected associations and customers as aligned with business; Education & Training: Bachelor degree or above, overseas study and working experience preferred. Required Skills and Experience: • Experience 3-5 years of relationship management with authorities, or within an industrial sector; at least 3 years of working experiences in multinational companies; • Demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking and implementation; • Strong interpersonal and influential skill; ability to quickly build relationships and gain trust from customers; • Perfectly, extensive experience with key account management or leading complex multi-stakeholder projects; • Excellent network with government and customers is a plus; • Excellent understanding of Chinese Government process/thinking and industry development trend; • General understanding of Siemens portfolios and markets; • Very good command of written & communication skill in both Chinese and English; • Computer skills with MS office systems.
