Clerical Tasks such as: process PO’s, create and maintain deal jackets and all paperwork associated with deal, audit paperwork related to deal for completeness.
Order vehicles with manufacturer and order aftermarket equipment
Obtain DORA’s, status reports, Dealer Invoices and payments from each dealership and update gross reports, equipment list and
Review manufacturer's/corporate account websites for important messages regarding buildouts and pricing and update spreadsheets accordingly
Communicate with customers by answering emails and calls, sending order confirmations, early notifications, 15 and 30 Day Pay Reminders, scheduling deliveries of vehicles and resolving customer issues, provide quotes when needed.
Work collaboratively with Director of Fleet Operations, Corporate Fleet Manager, dealership staff, office staff, and MAMCO on orders, bids, paperwork, and pricing requests.
Manage deliveries by communicating wind-downs for scheduling, report sales and recap/commission deals.
Strong leadership abilities, including day-to-day operations, provide clear expectations of policy and procedures and constructive and positive feedback
Analyze and maintain organized office operations and procedures to align with company culture
Serve as primary point and monitor passwords, office supplies and other requests.
Perform additional human resources and office administration duties as needed
Transportation
Must be able to complete and pass background check and drug screening.
Must be detailed, goal-oriented, and effective time management skills.
Positive attitude, willing to help others
Great customer service skills, follow-up, and sales experience a plus.
Ability to manage yourself and others.
3-5+ Years of dealership or equivalent fleet account experience
Associate’s degree or the equivalent
Must be able to make calculations, verify figures, and collect payments from customers.
Computer skills: proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Drive
Data Entry to order vehicles.
Must be eligible to obtain notary license (or currently a notary).
Maintain valid/active United States-issued driver’s license
Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States

About The Role
The Government & Corporate Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining and organizing the fleet department’s operations and procedures. The position requires a dependable and organized individual who pays close attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions, create and respond to email, answer phone calls. and assist with government and corporate contracts. Flexibility to support Director of Fleet Operations, Corporate Fleet Manager, dealership employees, and office staff with various tasks and training. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with management, dealership employees, and customers. Leadership ability to manage challenges and oversee the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards. Monitor and order office supplies and other office equipment when required. Report office progress to Director of Fleet Operations and work with them to improve office operations and procedures.

This is a temporary remote position that is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Candidate must be willing to relocate to North Carolina (Charlotte area).
What We Offer Benefits
Salary Range
$55,000 to $65,000 annual salary + bonus
