  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage end-to-end RFP process for medical, clinical, dental, pharmacy, behavioral, vision, and stop-loss proposals
  - Collaborate with sales and account teams to determine RFP strategy and ensure alignment with client needs
  - Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of solicitation documents to identify concerns and missing data
  - Coordinate and drive deliverables for assigned RFPs, ensuring high-quality submissions
  - Engage with internal matrix partners and external consultants throughout the RFP process
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - BA/BS preferred or a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  - Familiarity with Salesforce.com
  - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  - Excellent written and oral communication skills
  - Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Willingness to acquire skills to manage complex/high-profile RFPs
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  - Ability to navigate G&E market nuances
