      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize SAS programming software to interpret, validate, and analyze large healthcare data sets
      - Participate in client meetings to define project scope and provide expertise
      - Define data processes based on project scope and direction from senior actuarial staff
      - Analyze data anomalies and exceptions, formulating solutions and communicating with client teams
      - Perform technical peer reviews for data analysis projects and mentor junior staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS or equivalent experience required
      - Thorough understanding of healthcare data
      - Minimum 2 years of experience using SAS or 2.5 years of experience using SQL or equivalent programming language
      - Strong analytical and mathematical skills
      - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Medicaid programs and associated healthcare data, preferably in a consulting environment
      - Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
      - Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
