      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative and logistical support for approximately 16 Government Relations committees
      - Schedule and set up committee meetings, including virtual and in-person events
      - Assist with member inquiries and ensure volunteers have access to necessary resources
      - Manage committee platforms and troubleshoot minor technical issues
      - Process committee reimbursements and maintain committee files for record-keeping

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in public administration, Political Science, Communications, or a related field
      - Minimum of one (1) year of administrative support, event coordination, or customer service experience
      - Familiarity with scheduling meetings and managing digital platforms
      - Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
      - Good written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Relevant work experience in nonprofit, government relations, advocacy, or membership-based organizations
      - Basic knowledge of immigration issues
      - Proficiency with digital tools such as Formstack and Box
