Job Description

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain an extensive network of key stakeholders, including government officials, industry associations, and advocacy groups
- Advocacy: Assist in developing and executing advocacy initiatives to influence policy and regulatory outcomes
- Subject Matter Expertise: Provide expertise and insights on in-country political and regulatory issues to internal teams and stakeholders
- Political Intelligence Gathering: Conduct research and gather political intelligence, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration with Business Divisions: Collaborate with business divisions to support the implementation of advocacy strategies and ensure alignment with organizational priorities
- Impact measurement: Measure and track GR initiatives and external stakeholder impact
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in political science, public policy, international relations, law, or a related field
- Work Experience: Typically, 10+ years of experience in government relations, public affairs, or a related field. Experience in the defence/aerospace industry may be advantageous but not always required
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and industry associations
- Advocacy: Experience in developing and executing advocacy initiatives to influence policy and regulatory outcomes
- Political Intelligence: Demonstrated skill in conducting research and gathering political intelligence to support strategic decision-making
