Job summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive practice team at Ammonite Health Partnership. The role offers flexible working patterns and development opportunities, with support for specialist interests and leadership roles.
Flexible tiered salaried structure: £11,660 to £13,000 per session.
Main duties of the job
Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse patient population.
Undertake a mix of telephone, online, and face-to-face consultations.
Contribute to the practices QOF, Enhanced Services, and local care initiatives.
Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and educational sessions.
Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date clinical records.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including ACPs, Practice Nurses, HCAs, and PCN staff.

Ammonite Health Partnership is a progressive, patient-centred GP surgery located in West Dorset, working over 3 sites, serving approximately 24,500 patients. Our practice is proud of its welcoming culture, strong values, and commitment to continuous learning.
Our current team includes: 7 GP partners, 5 Salaried GPs, 5 ACPs, 1 Visiting Paramedic, PCN Pharmacy team, PCN Social prescribing team, First Contact Physio.
We have a workflow team to minimise document processing.
