      Job summary

      We are looking for a GP Practice administrator to join our growing team. You will join our experienced and dedicated team of administrators who take responsibility for workflow management,ledger planning, and other practice administerative duties.

      Main duties of the job

      You will provide support for the management team including ledger planning, Task Management, Telephone and Reception Desk operations.

      You will take responsibility for overseeing the effective flow of delegated admin and reception processes.

      We are are training practice with a stable and growing workforce, and we are currently looking to add strength and depth to the reception and administrative team.

      Job responsibilities

      The Administrator role involves working with the management team on certain tasks. The post-holder will work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure timely, accurate, and safe administrative support that contributes to high-quality patient care.
