      Job summary

      We are looking for someone to join our close knit team front of house on the reception desk.

      We have 30 hours available across 5 days on the following pattern:

      Monday 230-630pm

      Tuesday 230-630pm

      Wednesday 8-630pm - 2 hour lunch break

      Thursday 230-630pm

      Friday 8-630pm - 2 hour lunch break

      Main duties of the job

      Taking Phone calls

      Booking patients appointments

      navigating alternative appointments and services

      assisting colleagues

      Answering emails and completing tasks

      Along with other duties along the way

      About us

      Hanslope surgery is a part of the parks medical practice.

      We have 4 sites in total - Hanslope, Blisworth, Roade and Grange park.

      We recently joined partnership with danes camp and rillwood surgeries as well.
