      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Cultivate relationships with prospective veterinary students, building trust and fostering program interest
      - Conduct outreach campaigns via calls, emails, interviews, and webinars, exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
      - Manage the veterinary student inquiry pipeline, nurturing leads and progressing them through the admissions funnel
      - Analyze enrollment funnel data and KPIs to identify trends and optimize outreach strategies
      - Engage prospective students through open-ended questioning and clear communication to understand their needs and goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Communications, Marketing, Business, Education)
      - 3+ years of experience in Lead Generation or Student Recruitment
      - 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
      - Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with a focus on active listening and open-ended questioning
      - Proficiency in outreach strategies including phone, email, and webinar execution

      - Relationship management expertise, fostering trust and rapport with prospective students and university partners
      - Ability to travel to attend recruitment events
