What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate relationships with prospective veterinary students, fostering trust and interest in the program
- Conduct outreach campaigns via calls, emails, interviews, and webinars, exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Manage the veterinary student inquiry pipeline, nurturing leads through the admissions process
- Support recruitment efforts by participating in events and building relationships with university pre-vet advisors
- Analyze enrollment funnel data and KPIs to identify trends and optimize outreach strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Communications, Marketing, Business, Education)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation or student recruitment
- At least 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with a focus on active listening
- Proficiency in outreach strategies including phone, email, and webinar execution
