- Experience building and delivering scalable cloud solutions
- Experience with software build, test and deployment pipelines using DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code and Security
- Experience with building and fixing cloud-native solutions – such as Serverless
- Proficient with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Skilled in Docker, Kubernetes, and container management
- Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages
- Extensive experience with Unix/Linux systems and shell scripts
- Proficient with monitoring and visualization tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
- Knowledge of high throughput cloud computing systems (e.g., AWS Batch, ECS, EKS/GKE)
- Understanding of networking concepts (e.g., Private VPCs, Security Groups)
- Programming experience with Golang and Python Django framework
- Passionate about making a difference
- Experience with NoSQL databases and use cases such as DynamoDB
- Experience working in SRE model
We are seeking a Graduate Cloud SRE Engineer to join our Central Engineering Productivity Engineering team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about cloud, DevOps and SRE, who wants to influence the future of Arm eco-system through supporting our global engineering groups. Our team operates horizontally across engineering groups to enable efficient execution of high-performance computing simulations and verification workloads in the cloud. As a cloud focussed team, we play a crucial role in supporting a diverse range of engineering users and customers to facilitate successful migrations to the cloud and ensure that workloads are run efficiently and cost-effectively.
The role is based in Austin Texas office which hosts diverse teams from across Arm including Cloud collaborations with major CSPs, development tools, compilers, debuggers, technical communications, and open-source software development.
What you could be doing as a Cloud SRE Engineer Graduate?
You will drive the adoption of cloud technologies and tooling within our platforms. You will play a pivotal role in migrating existing products and solutions to the cloud, staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the field. Your responsibilities will involve closely working with collaborators, domain experts and service operations teams to provide implementation, infrastructure and operational support.
Working collaboratively as part of the team, you will develop, validate, and maintain the software stack to ensure our solutions are impactful, resilient, and capable of meeting the diverse needs of Arm’s global engineering team.
We are looking for individuals who:
Hold (or are on track to hold) a University degree or equivalent experience by the programme start date. This can be a Bachelors, Masters or PhD in 2025. Candidates with alternative degrees will also be considered if they have proven experience.

Salary Range:
$125,396-$169,653 per yearWe value people as individuals and our dedication is to reward people competitively and equitably for the work they do and the skills and experience they bring to Arm.
