      About This Role

      Are you looking to kick start your career within the biotech industry? Utilise your undergraduate degree and join our 1-year Graduate program, working on the Customer Excellence and Operations (CE&O) team.

      The Graduate Program will give you a unique opportunity to put your skills to the test and help you develop a broad set of hard and soft business competencies by working on several business projects within the team. The program seeks to give talent who have recently graduated the chance to accelerate their careers to create the next generation of leaders in Biogen.

      What You’ll Do

      The program is designed for recent graduates to work closely with leadership, learn from established mentors and develop a network of outstanding colleagues. The role will be within the CE&O team, with specific responsibility designed to match the Graduate’s experience/interest/development needs and the organisation’s business requirements to ensure graduates add value and develop into leading biotech business professionals throughout the program.

      Types of projects could include supporting with & gaining experience of:

      • Data analysis and dashboards
      • Measuring effectiveness of customer engagement models
      • Customer segmentation and profiling
      • Customer digital footprint mapping
      • Incentive compensation design and planning
      • CRM system management and governance
      • Customer experience programs
      • Various strategic and operational projects

      The program will be very hands-on, and you will be in the business from day 1, working on adding value to our business, customers, and patients.

      Qualifications

      Required Skills

      • A recent undergraduate degree in business/management or a scientific discipline
      • Strong academic achievements
      • Strong analytical skills

      • Ability to navigate ambiguity
      • Eagerness to learn and willingness to challenge the status quo
      • Self-starter
      • Extracurricular activities that demonstrate your drive and skillset
      • Demonstrated interest in a career in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical Industry preferred
