      Responsibilities / Tasks

      1.Identifying Supplier Obligations in incoming

      orders.

      2.Kick off with sales and service to agree on

      Deliverables.

      3.Share site Requirements along with PID &

      Installation Guidelines to customer in advance.

      4.Project Transfer to Factory.

      5.Order tracking and delivery review on routine

      basis.

      7.Order Transfer to Service Team & Coordination.

      8.Formal Project Closure after Commissioning

      Inputs & Confirmation.

      9. Estimated costs vs Actual Expense analysis.

      10.Post order documentation work,

      like submission of GAD/PID,piping drgs, wiring drawing

      etc as per project requirement mainly for

      Environment and Energy business. Once the

      document are approved , then inform

      production to proceed with Manufacturing.

      13.Handing over of project transfer documents to

      Service

      15.Follow ups with Bengaluru factory team for

      monitoring order tracking status.

      17.Creating Technical Documentation and Maintaining technical

      Documentation archive for Implemented orders

      18. Maintaining(Database Management System

      (DBMS)containing all Project related

      documentation for handing over to service

      team.
