      We are looking for a

      Graduate Environmental & Quality Coordinator

      Our Arrow’s EMEA Graduate Program is a 12-month journey designed specifically for graduates who completed their education not more than 2 years ago and are seeking to take part in a practical learning curriculum. We provide a platform to work with experienced mentors to accelerate and establish a solid foundation to build and grow your career at Arrow. During the program, selected candidates will learn on-the-job, improve both professional and soft skills, and will be able to meet with and learn from experts across the business. By the end of the program, you will have the ground to further develop a successful career in Arrow.

      What you should expect from the role:

      Arrow believes that the best way for you to learn is by fully integrating you into the business and giving you accountability for your job-related tasks. Throughout the program, you will also need to complete program assignments to put into practice what you learn and work alongside highly specialized experts on the following:

      • Environmental and Quality management :

        • Support certification audits (maintaining or extending ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 … across EMEA) and track the implementation of action plans.

        • Coordinate the carbon footprint assessment per country

        • Assist managers and teams in defining, prioritizing and executing carbon reduction initiatives

        • Maintain dashboards to track the effectiveness of environmental and quality initiatives

      • Environmental sustainability initiatives :

        • Promote the adoption of eco-responsible principles and practices.

        • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and minimize emissions and waste.

      • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement

        • Contribute to client tenders/RFIs responses

        • Promote environmental and quality policies among staff through awareness activities (intranet, campaigns, quizzes, meetings, etc.) and sessions for all employees.

        • Regularly prepare and publish reports on actions taken and upcoming projects.

      Requirements:

      • You must have a legal right to work in the country where the position is located.

      • You have obtained or will obtain a Master’s degree in Quality & environment related studies in 2025 or not more than 2 years ago.

      • Business fluent English (oral & written).

      • You must be flexible and have geographical mobility.

      • Strong project management and coordination skills.

      • Rigorous, autonomous, organized, with good interpersonal skills.

      • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis
