      The Position

      Graduate Intern - Digital Health Solutions

      The Opportunity

      As our Digital Health Solutions intern, you will provide technical support to our healthcare IT consulting team while gaining hands-on experience in clinical laboratory digitalization projects. You will contribute to transforming traditional laboratory workflows into efficient, technology-enabled processes that improve patient care outcomes. Some of the responsibilities would be:

      • Assist in gathering and documenting technical requirements for laboratory information systems

      • Support the analysis of existing workflows and identify opportunities for digital optimization

      • Help develop testing protocols for new healthcare technology implementations

      • Contribute to the creation of the technical scope of work and project proposals

      • Participate in client meetings to understand healthcare-specific IT challenges

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation initiatives

      • Assist with data analysis to measure the impact of technology solutions

      How Would Your Day-to-Day Look Like?

      • Shadowing senior consultants during client site visits to clinical laboratories

      • Documenting process flows and system requirements gathered from the laboratory staff

      • Working on workflow diagrams and technical specifications using specialized software

      • Participating in team brainstorming sessions for problem-solving

      • Supporting user acceptance testing for new laboratory technology implementations

      • Analyzing operational data to identify potential areas for efficiency improvement

      • Regular check-ins with your mentor to discuss progress and learning opportunities

      Who Are You?

      • Recent graduates with a University degree or Master's in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Systems, Biomedical Engineering, or related technical fields

      • Someone with a genuine interest in healthcare technology and its potential to improve patient care

      • A detail-oriented individual who enjoys solving complex problems through technology

      • A collaborative team player who communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

      • An adaptable, quick learner eager to understand the unique challenges of healthcare environments

      • Ideally, someone with basic knowledge of database concepts, system integration, and healthcare informatics

      • A person who values both analytical thinking and creative solution development
