      DWS’ Hybrid Working model in the UK is designed to find the right balance between in-person collaboration and engagement in the office, which is core to our working culture, and working from home. Employees who wish to sign-up to our Hybrid Working model are required to work in the office two days a week, and given the flexibility to work from home for the remaining three.

      Some business groups may need you to spend more time in the office, but this will be discussed and made clear as part of your application and interview process.       About the DWS P.A.C.E. program

      Our 2 year DWS Graduate P.A.C.E. program consists of a technical training period and is followed by four six-month rotations within your assigned division, where you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance.

      Based in one of the world’s global financial centres, you will gain valuable insight into a variety of teams with experienced professionals who develop best-in-class products and manage high-value portfolios. Along the way, you will gain vital experience at the heart of a progressive business whilst being exposed to a range of areas within Alternative Investments - Investment division. Whilst you can expect a high learning curve from our DWS Graduate Program, you will benefit from the support of your managers and mentors along with unparalleled exposure to the world of Asset Management. This Graduate program is an ideal way to deepen your Financial Services & Asset Management knowledge.

      The participation in speaker sessions, a variety of networking events and soft skills development opportunities will all form part of the Graduate program.

      About Traditional Investments - Investment division

      Within the Traditional Investments Division you will work in a team with flat hierarchies and develop a solid understanding of how quickly decisions must be made on the market. You will gain comprehensive insights and impressions of the complexity, variety and dynamics of global economic processes and acquire a comprehensive understanding of how capital markets work.

      You will gain detailed insights into the entire investment management platform - from individual decisions to investment and research processes to performance analysis. You will learn the complete range of actively managed products of an asset manager. You will learn how to familiarize yourself with the market environment and regulatory requirements and will get to know our investment process and the corresponding operational organization of the firm. As part of strategy development and in cooperation with internal departments such as distribution, marketing, legal and compliance, this program will give you a comprehensive overview of the asset management sector.

      As part of the P.A.C.E. program you will:
