Job Description
The Graduate Product Owner will assist Product Owners in gathering feature requests, scheduling releases, and coordinating sprints. To succeed in this role, they must be able to identify user needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product releases effectively.
Reporting to the Chapter Manager, Digital, the Graduate Product Owner will work closely with engineering teams, other Product Owners, business stakeholders, and the broader Delivery Team. They will also engage with Operations and Customer Experience teams to ensure that the products delivered align with customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.
The role supports Product Owners in managing the full product life cycle within the assigned product portfolio, as well as contributing to the ongoing evolution and enhancement of existing products provided to customers.
Key areas of focus include supporting the development of product roadmaps, managing and refining the product backlog, mapping user journeys, and assisting teams in the planning and facilitation of Scrum ceremonies.
