      What You Can Expect

      Over the course of two years, you’ll get hands-on experience, be actively integrated into the day-to-day activities of your teams and gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. You'll rapidly build in-depth knowledge, discover solutions, and experience our business first-hand.

      From day one, you will work on meaningful projects with three individually designed assignments, including one eight-month international assignment.

      You will be paired with a dedicated mentor who guides you through immersive experiences, allowing you to shadow various roles and positions. This support system is designed to empower you to achieve your unique career goals while fostering substantial connections with peers and influential business leaders. Additionally, you'll gain access to a wealth of resources geared towards cultivating your professional growth.

      How You’ll Make an Impact

      As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and will work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.

      We are seeking a graduate to lead and drive the transformation of our business operations, playing a key role in implementing business excellence strategies, utilizing Lean manufacturing principles, and championing continuous improvement across the plant.

      • Lead business transformation initiatives by embedding Lean manufacturing methods, driving operational efficiency, and eliminating waste across the plant. xxx
      • Act as a change agent by managing and developing programs that align with the plant's vision of world-class manufacturing. xxx
      • Identify and execute digital solutions to solve current and future challenges faced by the site. Implementing automation systems for process, and operations.
      • Manage multiple programs and initiatives, ensuring successful execution across different areas of the plant.
      • Lead projects from requirement definition to deployment, managing risks and resources to ensure successful outcomes. xxx
      • Report on project progress, outcomes, and risks to key stakeholders. xxx
      • Working in collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and develop industrial logic plans and create projects to validate and improve onsite process and delivery.
      • Analyze and execute the site’s production delivery strategy, identifying short fallings and support to improve output.
      • Process improvements and assessments, identifying delivery bottlenecks and recommend improvements to streamline production flow.
      • Support global teams in integrating the next generation of blades into the site’s operations. xxx
      • Drive strategic objectives, including ramp-up performance, lead time reduction, and ensuring factory readiness.

      What You Bring

      • Up to 36 months of practical work experience including knowledge from internships, working student activities, or employment
      • A master’s degree or doctoral in Project Management (MSc), Business Management (MSc), Inovation & Technology (Msc), Operational Excellence (D.Prof) or equivalent
      • Experience of utilizing and implementing Lean / Six Sigma / continuous improvement methodologies
      • Excellent problem solving skills
      • Pragmatic and flexible attitude to get the right outcome for the organization
      • A minimum of three months of international experience achieved through studying and/or working is required
      • Strong communication in a team environment!
      • Excellent English skills to work in a multi-cultural environment, flexibility, and mobility during the program

      Recruitment Process

      We undertake a detailed selection process comprising the following stages: CV screening, test assessment, video interview, and culminating in a panel interview. If you progress to each stage, you will receive information in advance!
