- 12 months fixed contract
1.Training and Development:
Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to provide a deep understanding of the company's service offerings, industry standards, and best practices.
Attend workshops, seminars, and hands-on training sessions to enhance technical and interpersonal skills.
2. Lab Equipment Operation:
Familiarize yourself with equipment used in lens cutting and finishing.
Learn how to operate lens edgers, polishers, and other machinery essential for precise lens customization.
3. Quality Control:
Understand quality control procedures in the laboratory to ensure that finished lenses meet the required standards.
Gain proficiency in inspecting lenses for defects and inaccuracies.
4.Integration with Clinical Practice:
Learn how to seamlessly integrate laboratory skills with clinical practice for a holistic understanding of patient care.
Collaborate with optical dispensers to ensure accurate prescription fulfillment and address patient needs effectively.
