  WHAT WE CAN OFFER

  • During the two-year graduate programme, we will provide on the job technical training with opportunities to develop wider technical and project delivery skills, across the business, by working alongside experienced technical professionals.
  • Throughout the two-year programme, group learning, and personal coaching will be provided to you with the aim to develop competence, confidence, and personal effectiveness. The programme provides a structured series of modules aligned to the EnQuest Values and will include a variety of interactive learning events, a range of behavioural training modules, and 1:1 coaching.
  • A strong mentoring culture, with each graduate assigned a technical mentor to ensure you are supported in your personal and professional development.
  • Based in either our Aberdeen office or at our onshore terminal in Shetland with the opportunity to work and visit our operational sites.

  GRADUATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree – 2.1 or higher or Masters in
    • Mechanic Engineering
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Chemical Engineering
    • Petroleum Engineering
    • Structural Engineering
    • Civil Engineering
    • Geology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
  • Be able to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills and being able to demonstrate innovation, creativity, and logic.
  • The role has a varied workload and therefore candidates should be able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in their working methods.
