  Graduate Services Presales Solution Architect

After thorough consultation with our customers and careful analysis, we develop new IT systems or replace existing systems that support customers’ strategic, operational and financial goals.

  What you’ll achieve
  As a Presales Solution Architect, you will be responsible for creating a services offer from Dell Technologies enormous services portfolio designed to solve a customers issue. You will need to investigate the costs of delivering that service and ensuring Dell Technologies continues to grow its service business profitably. You will work Dell’s services delivery team and Dell’s account teams to find a suitable solution in terms of content and value for a customer.
  
  You will:

  • Engage with an international team daily while focused on a local market initially

  • Learn from the experiences of others across the international team to help develop your own local solutions

  • Prepare and finalize offers from a given template that can be processed and then implemented at a customers location

  Essential Requirements

  • IT related degree and graduated in 2023 or beginning 2024 (Starting date February 2024)

  • Full working proficiency in English and Spanish

  • Curiosity in a customer’s services issue

  • Ambition to help the customer achieve their goals

  • Continuous learning on subjects you may not have had any introductions to previously as they are on the cutting edge of technology
