What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide individual advising and support to graduate and professional students
- Apply graduate school policies and academic culture knowledge to address student needs
- Collaborate with campus units to provide resources and support to students
- Develop and implement programs for graduate students focusing on a healthy student life experience
- Work independently to make sound judgment calls and relay information effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and at least two years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of graduate education with 3-5 years of experience
- Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Commitment to diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and well-being
