Grant Accounting Manager (Remote)

Manage and oversee grant budgets, track spending, and ensure compliance with grant terms
Support month-end close processes, including financial reporting and variance analysis
Prepare audit schedules, address variances, and collaborate with auditors
Work with grant stakeholders to align payment expectations and manage financial contracts
5–7 years of experience managing grants, with knowledge of financial oversight, audits, and compliance
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Strong foundation in accounting, including month-end close and variance analysis
Experience with healthcare or grant accounting is a plus, but not required—they will train the right person
Competitive salary range $80,000–$100,000 (based on experience)
Performance-based bonus opportunities (5% of base salary)
Flexible work arrangement: Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 remote) or fully remote for Florida residents
