What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support budget development process for new proposals within the portfolio
- Prepare internal and external financial reports for grants
- Monitor spend across grants to ensure compliance with donor requirements
- Coordinate fund management processes and grant close activities
- Participate in the end-of-fiscal-year organizational fund close and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of Bachelor's-level degree in finance, business, or related field, Master's preferred
- Minimum of five years of experience in financial management of international development projects
- Experience working on federal grants administration desirable
- Strong computer skills in word processing and spreadsheet programs
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred
- Interest in social justice strongly desirable
