      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and perform pre-award and post-award activities relating to grants and contracts
      - Assist in researching funding opportunities and managing financial data entry and processing
      - Conduct monthly account-related tasks such as expense reconciliation and budget projections
      - Prepare and review grant applications, progress reports, and financial documentation
      - Serve as a liaison for Principal Investigators during audits and agency site visits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: College or university degree in a related field
      - 2-5 years of work experience in a related job discipline
      - Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interaction

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Financial or accounting background, or equivalent work experience
      - Intermediate knowledge of creating and managing budgets within Microsoft Excel
      - Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and systems in financial administration
      - Experience in coordinating and delegating tasks across multiple teams
      - Discretion in handling sensitive information related to personnel and research activities
