- Req#: 5937843
- Collaborate on seasonal collections from concept through to production handover.
- Design new graphic-heavy apparel using brand DNA.
- Work with the design team to develop new shapes and custom blank styles.
- Research and suggest new decoration techniques (e.g. print, logos, embroidery, appliqué).
- Attend fittings, follow samples, and create initial tech packs.
- Graphic artworking for all placement graphics, logos, embroidery and appliqué.
- Stay on top of youth fashion, streetwear, and creative trends.
- A strong eye for youth culture, fashion trends and streetwear.
- Education in fashion design / 3-4 years of experience.
- Ability to create tech packs and basic garment specs.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Passion for clothing, creativity, and hands-on problem-solving.
- Interest or experience in sustainability, organic and innovative materials.
- Youth apparel and graphic design experience, including accessories, print and embroidery.
- GBP £ Salary in line with experience.
- 28 days annual leave.

We’re looking for a UK-based mid-weight Graphic & Apparel Designer to join a dedicated team in a growing youth-focused unisex feel-good streetwear brand to help bring collections to life. The brand focuses on bold graphics, simple silhouettes and trend-forward styles for ages 15–26. Core items include t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers, and soft accessories.
Being product-facing and collaborative, this role is UK office-based in the Bristol area, accessible from Yate railway station and by car.
