      The Graphic Design Associate performs basic layout of copy text and graphic elements for marketing material, including resizing and personalizing existing materials. This position obtains, communicates, and coordinates pricing, quantity, and turn-around information with managers and branch staff.



      What We're Looking For

      • Design and/or update new and existing creative requests.
      • Handle high volume and quick turnaround of creative requests, including but not limited to, ad updates, logos, template updates, and more.
      • Perform layout of monthly and quarterly publications for specified print deadlines.
      • Layout of the weekly Investment Alert.
      • Gather and assemble mailers, ads, invitations, and other materials as requested.
      • Communicate with Department Managers, Branch Managers, and Financial Advisors their desired quantity, deadline, number of colors, and other details.
      • Obtain pricing quotes from the printers based on project and communicates pricing and options with the ordering individual.
      • Assist with minor edits to advisor websites.


      What You'll Bring

      • Some understanding and knowledge of the financial industry.
      • Knowledge of Stifel policies/procedures and possess an understanding of products and services offered while ensuring industry regulatory requirements are met.
      • Some understanding of marketing elements and market research methods.
      • Some experience in marketing data analytics and tools.


      Education & Experience

      • Minimum Required: Trade School certificate in Graphic Design
      • Minimum Required: 0-1 year experience


      Licenses & Credentials

      • Minimum Required: None


      Systems & Technology

      • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
      • Experience on Macintosh platform, using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver
      • Basic knowledge of HTML
