  Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of design assets for various marketing materials, including but not limited to digital and print advertisements, social media graphics, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm ideas and bring creative visions to life.
  • Support the production process by preparing and organizing design files, resizing images, and ensuring that all assets meet quality standards and specifications for final delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to the design team, including scheduling meetings, organizing project timelines, and maintaining project documentation
  • Maintaining projects resources – i.e. SmartSheet (which can be taught)
  • Performing related work as required

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working on a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or design and communications-related field.
  • You have a basic understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, with an emphasis on InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; AfterEffects is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • You have time management skills and the ability to multi-task.

  Minimum Qualifications

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or a work permit, if required)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • No experience is required
