Assets Design Responsible
Photo Editing and Retouching Responsible
Photo Tagging Manager
Work closely with other graphic designers to ensure that all assets meet Tropicfeel's brand guidelines and design aesthetic
Learn from the senior designer's experience and knowledge to improve skills and understanding of the design process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the delivery of the assets is on schedule and to understand their needs
Use Adobe Creative Suite to design static assets such as photo montages, banners, and digital displays, and basic video assets such as product demos, tutorial videos and brand videos.
Incorporate Tropicfeel's brand guidelines and design aesthetic to create visually engaging and on-brand assets.
Work with the marketing and e-commerce team to understand the requirements for different channels and campaigns and design assets accordingly.
Utilize existing photography and footage to produce short-form videos that can be used across various channels such as social media, YouTube, and email campaigns.
Test and optimize the assets for different screen sizes, resolutions, and placements.
Adjust lighting, color, composition, and cropping as needed to create visually pleasing and engaging images for various channels such as the website, social media, and email newsletters.
Retouch images to remove blemishes, adjust skin tones, ensure product color resemblance, and enhance overall quality.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the consistency and coherency of the photography content with the guidelines.
Organize and tag all product and lifestyle images according to Tropicfeel's established taxonomy and metadata standards
Ensure that all images are properly tagged and labeled so that they can be easily found and used across various channels and campaigns.
Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure that images are properly synced with the product information on the website and can easily be found in the right folders.
- The most important thing? That you bring a creative mindset , a proactive attitude , and an endless curiosity to the table. We can teach skills, but mindset is key. And, on top of that:
- Advanced in English & Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in digital advertising and/or graphic design in a fast-paced environment (start-up and/or agency) is a plus!
- Photoshop skills.
- Be a person with a creative mindset and a proactive attitude.
- Interest and/or experience in digital advertising and content.
- Possibility to do an internship.
